prime quality round and square tubes manufactured in our own tube mill.
Construction
: Joints are inter-locked and welded to eliminated the inherent
weakness of riveting sheet steel.This mode of construction renders a neat,flawless
appearance.
Locking :
All locks used for Godrej range of table are manufactured in our own plant having superior
technological base.Godrej locks precision made for unpickability and are designed for
years of trouble free service.
Pre-treatment
of steel : All steelcomponents are treated for the removal of grease
and grit beside rust on the surface.After a through cleaning, the components are subjected
to the process of pickling and then phosphatised for protection against rust.
Phosphatising process also facilitates the adhesion of paint to the surface.
Final
finish : Pre-treated for corrosion resistance, all steel components are
given coasts of superior quality expensive paint using Airless Electrostatic Painting
Equipment. This process is unique to Godrej. The coats of paint are then over-baked for
obtaining a glossy, scratch resisting hard - surface - finish which remains attractive
